Vendor Terms & Conditions
Booth Applications and Payment

- You can’t set up your booth until you’ve paid in full and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Only the vendor who registered for the booth can use it—no sharing or subletting.
Cancellations and Refunds

- No refunds after November 1, 2026.
- If your booth is still empty by Friday, December 11, 2026 at 10 AM, and you haven’t arranged for a late setup, Bear Fuzz Fest can use your space however they like.
Booth Assignment

- The organizers can move booths around if needed for layout or safety, especially if the Fire Marshal requires changes.
Booth Set-Up & Tear-Down

- Be at your booth during posted vending hours. Don’t arrive late, pack up early, or skip shifts without approval.
- Setup times will be Thursday from 4 PM to 11 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 10 AM (tentative schedule).
- On vending days, you can access your booth 1 hour before and after official hours to set up or restock.
- All booths must be fully cleared by Noon on Sunday, December 12, 2026, unless you’ve arranged otherwise.
- Anything left behind will be removed at your expense.
Wristbands

- All booth staff must always wear official event wristbands in the exhibit area and must show them if asked.
Liability and Theft
- Bear Fuzz Fest isn’t responsible for loss, damage, injury, or death related to your booth.
- Bear Fuzz Fest will take precautions but can not guarantee protection from things like fire, theft, or weather.
Venue Rules

- Don’t damage the building. Don’t tape, nail, or attach anything to the walls, floors, or furniture.
- If you cause any damage, you’ll have to pay for repairs.
Insurance

- If you want insurance for your items or liability, you’ll need to get that yourself.
Final Say

- These rules are part of your booth contract.
- Bear Fuzz Fest has the final word on interpreting the rules and making decisions on anything not specifically covered here.
