Bear Fuzz Fest Code of Conduct:

At Bear Fuzz Fest, we’re here to celebrate community, connection, and body positivity in a space that’s safe, welcoming, and respectful for all attendees. Whether you’re a longtime bear or brand new to the scene, we ask everyone to follow this Code of Conduct to ensure a great experience for all.

Respect Personal Boundaries

    • Consent is everything. Always ask before touching, taking photos, or engaging in intimate or physical interactions.

    • A “no” means no — immediately and without exception.

    • Respect personal space, especially in shared areas like the pool, playspace, and dancefloor.

Embrace Inclusivity

    • All are welcome — bears, cubs, otters, admirers, and everyone in between. Racism, transphobia, fatphobia, femmephobia, or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

    • We celebrate all bodies, backgrounds, and expressions. Treat everyone with dignity.

Keep It Fun, Keep It Classy

    • Adult-themed spaces and events are part of the weekend — enjoy them responsibly and in designated areas.

    • Don’t be that guy. Excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, or disruption of events may result in removal from the festival without refund.

Respect the Venue and Staff

    • Follow all hotel and event rules, including those related to nudity, alcohol, and conduct in public spaces.

    • Treat hotel staff, volunteers, and fellow guests with kindness and appreciation.

Speak Up

    • If you see something concerning — harassment, unsafe behavior, or someone in distress — please report it to a Bear Fuzz Fest organizer or volunteer. We’re here to help.

Bear Fuzz Fest is about celebrating who we are, together. Let’s keep it fuzzy, friendly, and full of love.

Hotel Rules:

    • No one underage of 21 permitted.
    • Room serviced provided daily, if no service needed, post DND sign on door by 10AM.
    • No glass is permitted in pool area.
    • NO SEX IN THE POOL (you will be asked to leave). Though nudity is allowed, sexual activities are not in public spaces. Please keep those activities to the play-space or your private room.
    • Pool to be serviced at 2AM.
    • Bar open Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
    • Deli open 12PM - 10PM.
    • All guests must be registered Hotel guest.
    • No nudity in lobby area, or breakfast area or Bar & Deli (Jockstraps are okay in lobby and hallways, just no frontal nudity).
