The Eisenhower Hotel:

Hotel Booking:

To book your hotel stay, a run pass will need to be purchased first.

Then you will need to call the hotel and say it is for Bear Fuzz Fest to get the run discount (call only, no online booking for the event). Hotel staff will ask for the first six characters of your OrderID/TicketID to verify your run pass was purchased.

 Do not book rooms in the Aspire (attached to the Eisenhower; as that is blocked off for a separate event)

Cost: $125 ($135 for poolside)
plus tax/fees per night.

There will be a $5 Housekeeping fee/tip per day charge to folio (because of this, no need to leave any additional tip in room)

Hotel Rules:

  • No one underage of 21 permitted.
  • Room serviced provided daily, if no service needed, post DND sign on door by 10AM.
  • No glass is permitted in pool area.
  • NO SEX IN THE POOL (you will be asked to leave). Though nudity is allowed, sexual activities are not in public spaces. Please keep those activities to the play-space or your private room.
  • Pool to be serviced at 2AM.
  • Bar open Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
  • Deli open 12PM – 10PM.
  • All guests must be registered Hotel guest.
  • No nudity in lobby area, or breakfast area or Bar & Deli (Jockstraps are okay in lobby and hallways, just no frontal nudity).
  • The Hotel does not assume responsibility for any damage or loss of merchandise or articles left in the Hotel.
  • Only hotel provided Alcohol will be allowed in the pool area.
  • Alcoholic beverage service may be denied to those guests that appear to be intoxicated or are underage.
  • Mandatory $5 Housekeeping fee/tip per day charge to folio (Therefore, no need to leave any additional tip in room)

Guests are responsible for any damages.

Cancellations:

  • Guests must make a non-refundable deposit when making their reservations
  • If a specific room is requested the guest must pre-pay in full.
  • Rooms may be cancelled up until 3:00 PM day prior to arrival, but will forfeit their deposit.
  • The Hotel will start charging for the second night’s stay 24 hours prior to arrival. If credit card does not go through for 2nd deposit, they will lose their room type reserved. One attempt will be made to reach guests to fix credit card issues. Any guests who are staying more than 2 nights will pay the remainder of their stay upon check in.
